THE STORY
With news of Horus's betrayal public, a time of trial has arrived. Certain Legions have pledged allegiance to the Warmaster, while others remain steadfast to the Emperor. As Horus mobilizes his troops, a loyal group of Space Marines from different Legions discovers that an enormous enemy fleet is headed for Ultramar, the Ultramarines' home. The fleet is led by the most formidable starship ever created, the Furious Abyss. If they fail to intercept and defeat the fleet, the Ultramarines could face a devastating blow from which they may never recover.
