Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address. Packages labeled as returned to sender for any reason will be refunded minus shipping & handling fees and will incur a 10% restocking fee.  Such items are eligible to be shipped out a second time provided customer pays for shipping again.

Items purchased for shipping will be mailed out within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) with a cut-off of noon on the day of purchase. Items labeled as preorders will ship within 2-3 business days of their official release date. 

On international order we will do our best to collect duties owed for you the customer but it is possible you will be required to pay additional taxes from your country upon accepting the delivery.
