Refund policy

Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Customers may request a cancellation of any order within 72 hours of purchase if item has not yet shipped.  If an item has shipped we offer returns for up to 14 days provided the item is unopened with shipping paid at customer expense and will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

Orders containing a preorder cannot be cancelled or altered after 72 hours or purchase or within 5 days of expected release date.

All sealed TCG products, items on clearance and/or second-hand or used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
