Quote Submission and Price Hold

When you submit cards to Fabricator's Forge for buylist evaluation, you will receive notification once we have reviewed your submission.

Buylist estimates are valid provided you ship the item within 2 BUSINESS days of approval. Please be aware of upcoming holidays and/or weekends as submitting a buylist for shipping on friday may have prices adjusted.

Shipping Responsibility
The seller is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending cards to Fabricator's Forge. You may request that Fabricator's Forge create a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. If you request this service, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your final payment.

Card Packaging and Organization
All cards need to meet the following requirements:

All cards should be sleeved in penny sleeves only. Dragonshield sleeves, colored sleeves, or other sleeve types will incur additional costs.

Cards should be organized and shipped in the exact same order as originally submitted in your quote request.

Fabricator's Forge is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.

Card Condition Standards

All cards submitted to Fabricator's Forge will be evaluated using TCGPlayer grading standards. The following condition grades are recognized:

Please note we ONLY accept MP or HP cards for older MTG cards and we do not accept Damaged cards.

NM (Near Mint): Cards in excellent condition with minimal wear.
LP (Lightly Played): Cards showing minimal signs of play with slight wear visible.
MP (Moderately Played): Cards showing obvious signs of play with moderate wear.
HP (Heavily Played): Cards showing heavy signs of play with significant wear.
Damaged: Cards with damage that substantially affects their appearance and playability.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum acceptable order value is $25.00. Submissions with a total quoted value below $25.00 will not be accepted for processing.

Quality Control and Right to Refuse

Upon receipt of your shipment, Fabricator's Forge reserves the right to:
Please understand that condition and version of card may not be accurate and the offered buylist estimate is not final.
Cards not shipped within 48 hours of approval will be subject to pricing updates.

Cards not shipped in correct sleeves and order may be assessed labor costs.
Cards not in listed condition and/or version will have prices adjusted.
You will be notified of any refusals or price adjustments before final payment is processed.

Counterfeit Cards and Forgeries
Fabricator's Forge takes the authenticity of all cards very seriously. Any cards determined to be counterfeit or forged will be:

Documented and retained by Fabricator's Forge.
Not returned to the customer under any circumstances.

Payment Methods and Timeliness

Payments will be issued 1-2 business days after final acceptance by customer with accurate payment information.
