Combining preorders and non-preorder items or preorders with different release dates in the same order will result in a DELAY until all items are available.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
We do not charge your card until over 72 hours have passed and within that window you may request a cancellation.
Cancellation outside of 72 hours will incur a 5% fee and we cannot cancel an order within 5 days of release.

Returns: We have a 14 day return policy on unopened items with the following exceptions.
Exceptions: All Trading Card Game products & items on clearance have a strict no return policy.
In all instances of returns or exchanges we will ship you a return label at buyer cost.
