Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 72 hours incur no penalty and will be refunded in full.
Cancellation and refund of non-delayed preorders will incur a 10% cancellation fee, if requested after 72 hours but before 30 days from the date of the order.
Cancellations of a pre-order that occur more than 30 days from the date of order will only be refunded in the form of store credit.
