Pre-Orders
Important information regarding pre-orders
Ordering
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. orders wil not ship until entire preorder is available, unless customer is willing to pay additional shipping.
Discounts
All pre-orders benefit from membership discounts once you add the item to cart.
Pre-orders often have a per customer / household limit. Attempts to circumvent these may result in your customer account being suspended.
Tariffs
Due to continuous changes in tariffs we cannot guarantee that there will not be changes to our retail prices on our current preorders. If existing preorder prices are changed due to increased tariffs the customer may request a cancellation and will be refunded their order amount minus transaction fee of 3%.
Cancellations
Preorders are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations of a pre-order that occur more than 30 days from the date of order will only be refunded in the form of store credit.
Games Workshop
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 72 hours incur no penalty and will be refunded in full.
Cancellation and refund of non-delayed preorders will incur a 10% cancellation fee, if requested after 72 hours but before 30 days from the date of the order.
Cancellations of a pre-order that occur more than 30 days from the date of order will only be refunded in the form of store credit.

Created by the Celestial Dragon’s mastery over the elemental winds, Cathayan Sentinels are titanic earthen constructs built to defend the Empire from the most powerful of foes. They tower over mortals and daemons alike, wiping out entire regiments with great sweeps of their glaives and soaking up immense amounts of damage.
The Cathayan Sentinel is a gigantic plastic miniature that can be built in two distinct poses, with two head options, two neck options that change which direction it’s facing, and four blade components to accessorise their weapon.

Shipping: Orders over $200 receive a $20 credit towards shipping
Returns: We have a 14 day return policy on unopened items with the following exceptions.
Exceptions: All Trading Card Game products & items on clearance have a strict no return policy.
In all instances of returns or exchanges we will ship you a return label at buyer cost.
