Pre-Orders
Important information regarding pre-orders
Ordering
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. orders wil not ship until entire preorder is available, unless customer is willing to pay additional shipping.
Discounts
All pre-orders benefit from membership discounts once you add the item to cart.
Pre-orders often have a per customer / household limit. Attempts to circumvent these may result in your customer account being suspended.
Tariffs
Due to continuous changes in tariffs we cannot guarantee that there will not be changes to our retail prices on our current preorders. If existing preorder prices are changed due to increased tariffs the customer may request a cancellation and will be refunded their order amount minus transaction fee of 3%.
Cancellations
Preorders are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations of a pre-order that occur more than 30 days from the date of order will only be refunded in the form of store credit.
Wizards of the Coast
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 72 hours incur no penalty and will be refunded in full.
Cancellation and refund of non-delayed preorders will incur a 10% cancellation fee, if requested after 72 hours but before 30 days from the date of the order.
Cancellations of a pre-order that occur more than 30 days from the date of order will only be refunded in the form of store credit.

Attempts to circumvent the per customer limitation will result in all of your orders being cancelled and a 5% cancellation fee applied.
No cash refunds given on cancellations after May 23rd. You will receive store credit at that point.
Preorder Price Guarantee: If preorder price ever drops you will be refunded the difference so you'll never pay more than what our final price is on release day! We will also never cancel your order unless we do not have product on hand to fulfill it.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Orders over $200 receive a $20 credit towards shipping
Returns: We have a 14 day return policy on unopened items with the following exceptions.
Exceptions: All Trading Card Game products & items on clearance have a strict no return policy.
In all instances of returns or exchanges we will ship you a return label at buyer cost.
