Items listed as "Notify Me" are upcoming preorders and will be available when inventory is updated. Make sure to click into the item and sign up for the notification so you will know when preorders start.
Those with paid memberships are able to preorder before those without as you will get an error on checkout if you are not authorized to purchase a product.
