Combining preorders and non-preorder items in the same order will result in a DELAY until all items are available.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 72 hours incur no penalty and will be refunded in full.
Cancellation and refund of non-delayed preorders will incur a 10% cancellation fee, if requested after 72 hours but before 30 days from the date of the order.
Cancellations of a pre-order that occur more than 30 days from the date of order will only be refunded in the form of store credit.

This set includes components to assemble five Infernal Razers, each armed with either Grizmalok Blunderbusses—capable of blasting enemies with thunderous volleys—or Karagthrun Flamehurlers, which unleash intense streams of superheated fire. Additionally, the champion model offers two head options for customization.*

Returns: We have a 14 day return policy on unopened items with the following exceptions.
Exceptions: All Trading Card Game products & items on clearance have a strict no return policy.
In all instances of returns or exchanges we will ship you a return label at buyer cost.
